The Damned, The Black Lips, Gov't Mule, Kitty, Daisy & Lewis, The Hot Dogs and Imelda May will also be among the bands of the 9th edition.

Chris Isaak will be among the headliners, including the legendary band&' || 'nbsp; Kiss, of the Vitoria-Gasteiz''s Azkena Rock Festival 2010. Right from Isaak''s 1985 debut Silvertone to his latest stellar effort Mr. Lucky, he has tunefully and artfully explored the good, the bad and the ugly of love, as well as other matters of profound human interest. He has done so with an abiding respect for popular music''s past, but at the same time with clear and vital passion for the here and now.

The Damned will play at the Basque festival too. They were the first British punk band releasing music and touring the United States before the Sex Pistols and The Clash did, and their influence was essential for the American hardcore punk.

British folk and rock musician Teddy Thompson has been another surprise of the organization. Son of the cult musicians Richard and Linda Thompson, he has been performing together with his father since the nineties and started a prolific solo-career in the 2000s.

Warren Haynes (The Allman Brothers Band) group Gov''t Mule will be also visiting the Mendizabala premises in the capital of the Basque Country, though they already performed in Vitoria-Gasteiz in 2005. Tickets were sold out for the band''s concerts in Madrid and Barcelona during the presentation tour of their latest album By A Thread,&' || 'nbsp; which took place in November 2009.

Australian hard-rock band Airbourne, who were present at Bilbao''s heavy-metal festival KobetaSonik 2008; British trio Kitty, Daisy Lewis, who mix rythm blues, country, rock roll praising stars such as Louis Armstrong, Muddy Waters, Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley; US garage rock group The Black Lips; Irish rockabilly singer-songwriter Imelda May, 1967-founded jazz blues band NRBQ; New York punk rock combo Toilet Böys; The Jim Jones Revue (rockabilly-garage / London); ex Georgia Sattelites Dan Baird Homemade Sin (US); the Mexican Elvis El Vez; The Legendary Shack Shackers (rockabilly, blues, R R / Nashville); The Russian Roulettes (garage / Australia); Baskery (female country-punk / Sweden), 77 (R R / Barcelona), Maggot Brain (hard rock / Cáceres) and The Hot Dogs! (punk-rock, hard rock / Urretxu, Gipuzkoa) complete the programme.
