A National Court Judge has accused all suspects of collaborating with a terrorist organisation and has linked them to Ibai Beobide, who entered prison on Thursday.

Spanish National Court Judge Ismael Moreno on Friday ordered prison for four people arrested on Monday in Hernani and Segura (Gipuzkoa) in connection with the detention of Ibai Beobide last weekend, who entered jail on Thursday.

The judge, who took the decision at the request of public prosecutor Vicente González Mota, accuses married couple José Camacho Elizondo and Miren Josune Balda Arruti, with the crime of collaborating with ETA, the same charged placed on Juan Mari Maizkurrena Urkizu and Euri Albizu Telleria.

The court order also claimed that the four accused provided lodging and mobility to Ibai Beobide, suspected leader of three satellite commandos which were hiding 150 kilos of explosives, yet to be found by police.

According to Judge Moreno, the four were developing tasks in keeping with "providing infrastructure, shelter, hiding, transport of persons and material, transport security and economic and material support to ETA members".
