According to sources of the anti-terrorist fight, Javier Atristain Gorosabel left Spain after police dismantled ETA's command 'Imanol' in mid-February.
The alleged ETA member, Javier Atristain Gorosabel, surrendered to French Police at the Biarritz airport in northern Basque Country.
According to sources of the anti-terrorist fight, Javier Atristain Gorosabel, 39, was born in Donostia-San Sebastian, and left Spain after police dismantled ETA''s command ''Imanol'' in mid-February. He was delivered yesterday at the French security forces at the airport of Biarritz.
He is one of the ETA suspects fled after the arrest of Ibai Beobide last month. Spanish Civil Guard had included Atristrain and four other ETA suspects in their list of the most wanted terrorists.
